Due to the failure on Ringhals G41, the capacities on the following borders depend on availability of remedial actions, ambient temperatures and expected load flow conditions. The Nordic TSOs acknowledge that our current tool for estimating the impact on cross-zonal exchange, as required by TR (EU Regulation 543/2013), is not yet optimized for the flow-based capacity calculation process. We are actively working on improving this tool.
